ZoopSign.com is a leading eSignature platform designed to streamline and secure the document signing process.The platform is designed to cater to a diverse range of users, from small businesses to large enterprises, making it a versatile solution in the digital document management landscape.
Thus I designed their web application for their complete eSignature Suite to help businesses fulfil their document signing needs, maintain security, ensure legal compliance, and integrates seamlessly with other tools that they already utilise.
While Businesses use ZoopSign for signing, they can create, edit, track documents and generate reports with the help of AI, while enterprises utilise detailed audit trails, template repository, data vaults and cloud storage capabilities.

Introduction of the Seal Design System
Seal is a scalable design system that saves time, reduces technical debt over time. It solves the problem of inconsistent components and user experience.
Seal consists of 400+ components with properly defined typography styles, icons and illustrations. Everything in the web-app is made up of these modular components—this gives a unified, consistent, robust UI.
The design system is never final. It evolves as we go along.
