While managing a team of 5 designers, I have improved core design methodologies for B2B, reducing development time by 12% and shipping time by 23% for all Enterprise level SaaS Applications. I have also hosted the FoFigma event and conducted three design masterclasses.Leading international market expansion, I maintain high usability scores across major updates. I set the creative direction for marketing initiatives, established internal performance and L&D modules, and took complete ownership of rebranding Zoop Stack, a business-critical offering, ensuring a cohesive and impactful new identity.

I led the brand and website refresh for Barclays UK Private Bank, creating a modern and impactful online presence. Crafted vision and strategy for new-age retail and business banking experiences, including an executive command center dashboard that won the FS Tech Award. Redesigned Barclays' Group Brand portal, delivering a world-class product from concept to development in under four months. Also, designed "Barclays Now," an AI-integrated app as part of the future digital strategy, positioning it as the app of the future.
